STYLE & INK OPTIONS
Before beginning your order, we will discus style, lettering options, and ink color. A mock-up of your envelopes will be sent for approval. Please feel free to share with me inspiration or ideas you would like to see incorporated into your order. Ink options include traditional dip pen calligraphy, watercolor calligraphy, brush lettering, & mono-line pen.
After consultation, guest lists can be submitted via email in a spreadsheet format. Please use separate columns clearly labeled with name/title, address (including apartment or suite number), city, state, zip, and country (if shipping internationally). There should be 6 columns total.
IMPORTANT NOTE: column one should be for the name/title you wish displayed on the envelope. For example, "The Jones Family," "The Joneses," "Mr. and Mrs. Jones," and "Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Jones" are all correct, but some prefer one over the other. If you have questions about this, please ask!
CLIENT PROVIDES ENVELOPES
Many invitation suites are purchased with corresponding/matching envelopes. I require 15% extra envelopes to cover any errors and last minutes changes or additions. This is important to remember when ordering your envelopes.
CALLIGRAPHERS PURCHASES ENVELOPES DIRECTLY
If your suite does not include envelopes, not a problem! We will discus colors and purchasing options. The purchase of these envelopes (and shipping fee) will be added to final invoice. I typically order envelopes from Cards & Pockets or Paper Source.
Outer Envelopes: $2.50 per envelope
Inner Envelope: $2.00 per envelope
Return Addresses: $2.00 per envelope
